Haley Cornell belted two home runs, including a grand slam, and Nicole Hendrix added an inside-the-park home run as Bentonville rolled past Fayetteville in the 7A-West Conference opener for both teams Wednesday in Fayetteville. Cornell hit a two-run shot in the first inning, then blasted her grand slam as the Lady Tigers (5-0, 1-0) erupted for 12 runs in the fourth. Hendrix added to that outburst when her inside-the-park home run drove in three runs
