Bentonville closed out the first half with a 14-0 run to pull away from Springdale, and the Lady Tigers clinched the outright 6A-West Conference title with a victory in Bulldog Arena.
Bentonville (24-1, 13-0) led 20-9 after one quarter, but Springdale (3-23, 0-13) pulled within 26-19 before the Lady Tigers went on their run and stretched their lead to 40-19 at halftime. Bentonville went on to take a 53-26 lead after three quarters.
