Reed Ronan threw a one-hitter, and Peyton Gorman had two hits and two RBIs as Bentonville concluded its portion of the Best Sports Classic with a win over Shiloh Christian at the Tiger Athletic Complex.
Ronan struck out six and walked four in a 98-pitch outing and was one out away from a shutout. Shiloh did have the tying run at the plate before Ronan's sixth strikeout ended the game.
